The controller is the operator providing services under the Pixelvane brand. Formal legal name and registered address must be added from contractual records before production. Contact: hello@pixelvane.com.
Data and purpose
Identity, contact and project-request information is processed to respond, assess scope, manage proposal or contract steps and protect communications. It is not used for marketing without a separate lawful basis or consent where required.
Collection and legal basis
Information is collected electronically through the form, email or WhatsApp. Processing may be necessary to take steps toward a contract, meet legal obligations and pursue legitimate interests without overriding your fundamental rights. Separate consent is requested where required.
Recipients
Information may be transferred to hosting, email and security providers, and to a calendar provider if you request a meeting, only as needed to receive and answer the enquiry. International transfer must be verified against the providers selected for deployment.
